My husband and I use Clarity™ essential oil blend, formulated by D. Gary Young of Young Living Essential Oils, while working in the office, studying, and preparing for a meeting or to teach a class or group training.
We find that this particular blend alleviates mental fatigue, and really helps to promote a clear mind, mental focus, greater concentration and alertness. Greater perceptiveness, memory retention and recall are what we’re personally experiencing whenever we use this blend. Modern research indicates that specific oils within this blend may assist in the decalcification of the pineal gland and in offloading heavy metal accumulation in the brain – improving what is commonly referred to today as “brain fog”.
